Growing up in a small rural town outside Columbus, Ohio should have been pleasant for a young girl… it was not. Abuse became the norm in my life and I eventually found myself in an abusive marriage, struggling to get out.  I weighed 300 lbs, and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, hi-blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.   My doctor gave me a choice… take care of myself and make some life changes… or die.  I wrote a note to God and had it placed in the Wailing Wall in Israel. I asked God to save my life and make me strong. God answered my prayer…
